Day 8: San Francisco, CA -> Eureka, CA

 Before leaving San Francisco completely, we had to make one last minute stop to see The Painted Ladies (photo 1), which some of ya'll might recognize from the Full House intro scene, but there was very little parking so getting a photo out the window of the car was the best I could manage. Then we crossed the Golden Gate Bridge for the final time and got back onto PCH1 for our 8 hour drive to Eureka. We did not stop much at all today after getting out of San Fran only to get gas, use the restroom, and eat the sandwiches we made for lunch.

Once we got to Eureka and checked into our hotel, we grabbed a quick dinner at a local Mexican restaurant that surprised us as to how good the food was. Tex-Mex food still takes the cake, but the Texans approve of El Chipotle.
